IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A FILLING IF THE CUSTOMER BRINGS THE AMOUNT OF 20 EYELASHES IN EACH EYE, OTHERWISE A COMPLETE SET WILL BE MADE, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure a smooth and organized scheduling process, we have established a cancellation policy that includes a deposit. This policy is designed to respect the time of both our clients and our technicians. Booking and Deposit: Booking Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed upon booking. A deposit will be required to secure your appointment. Deposit Amount: The deposit amount will vary based on the service booked and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Deposit Payment: The deposit can be paid through our secure online payment system. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Deposit Retention: In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling within the 24-hour window, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Applying Deposit: The retained deposit can be applied to a future appointment if rescheduled within 48 hours of the original appointment time. No-Show Policy: No-Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be retained as a no-show fee. ​Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule and the deposit will be retained. ​Refund Policy: Service Completion: Deposits are applied towards the total cost of the service upon completion. ​Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable except for instances where we are unable to provide the scheduled service. ​Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can occur.
